  • 1 15-ounce low-sodium canned chickpeas drained
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2/3 cup jarred roasted red peppers chopped
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
