Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup strawberries quartered
  • 2 tbsp unsalted peanuts
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional
  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk optional

Instructions
 

  • 1. Place oats and water in serving bowl. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
    2. Add maple syrup and milk if using. Stir well.
    3. Top with strawberries, peanuts, and cinnamon.
